RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the merchandise but exclude shipping cost. However, very few merchandise have a special policy, which you will find written next to the product. Once you place your order, you will receive an email of your confirmation number and invoice.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher.
Please, package all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. We do not provide return labels for return & exchange packages. Therefore, we recommend insuring your package for the full value, just in case! We cannot be held liable for return parcels lost in the post. Refunds will be processed approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
For hygiene purposes, under no circumstances can we accept any hosiery, bodysuits or panties for refund, exchange or store credit.
Products that are returned with signs of being worn or used. We can smell your perfume & what detergent you use :)
We do not accept any Jewelry & Accessories.
We do not accept merchandise that was on SALE or purchased with a Promo Code.
We do not accept returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost. We are firm with our policy since we want to be fair with everyone. IF you do ship back items that fall under the non-refundable policy, you will receive store credit ONLY! No ifs or buts.
We can only exchange merchandise for a different size of the same product you have purchased. There will be no additional shipping fee for your exchange.
Most of the items sell out quickly, therefore, we highly recommend you to email us to check if we still have the size you need in stock.
Exchange must be within 14 days of the delivery date. We will email you your new tracking number when we process your exchange!
For international, we're sorry but we charge the same shipping rate to re-ship your exchanged package.
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this! Our team is so fast, it is not possible to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them.
