RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds are only accepted for store credit. We be provide you a code once the package is received at our warehouse.
When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For hygiene purposes, under no circumstances can we accept any hosiery, bodysuits or panties for refund, exchange or store credit.
- Products that are returned with signs of being worn or used. We can smell your perfume & what detergent you use :)
- We do not accept any Jewelry & Accessories.
- We do not accept merchandise that was on SALE or purchased with a Promo Code.
We can only exchange merchandise for a different size of the same product you have purchased. There will be no additional shipping fee for your exchange.
For international, we're sorry but we charge the same shipping rate to re-ship your exchanged package.

We ship via USPS for all domestic orders and DHL for all international orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver.
***We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. ***
