Let's Get It Right!

We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Must be within 30 days of purchase.

You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order. 

You can choose to return or exchange your item/s for a refund to your original form of payment (minus a $9.99 handling fee) or an exchange or store credit (at no fee). 

Sale items are accepted for store credit only.

When returning postage, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection.

Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to service@mickeysgirl.com.

Refunds are only processed 10 -14 days after your package arrives to us!  Please note that we can't process refunds more than 30 days after the date of shipment, so please keep that in mind.

MG Jewelry does not offer repairs. However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at service@mickeysgirl.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review.

MG jewelry is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Items purchased with a sale or discount code.
  • We do not accept returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost.
  • We are firm with our policy since we want to be fair with everyone. If you do ship back items that fall under the non-refundable policy, you will receive store credit only.
EXCHANGES
We can only exchange merchandise for a different size of the same product you have purchased.
  • There will be no additional shipping fee for your exchange.
  • Most of the items sell out quickly, therefore, we highly recommend you to email us to check if we still have the size you need in stock.
  • Exchange must be within 14 days of the delivery date. We will email you your new tracking number when we process your exchange!
  • For international, we're sorry but we charge the same shipping rate to re-ship your exchanged package. 

 

LOST PACKAGE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders and DHL for all international orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver. 

***We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. ***
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this! Our team is so fast, it is not possible to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them. If you provide the incorrect shipping address, under no circumstances, could we provide you a refund or replacement. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing.
