RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly return items that have been purchased through our website that have not been worn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible items.
Eligibility for Refunds and Store Credit
Sale items are eligible for store credit only. This also applies to items purchased with discount codes.
Final Sale and Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Any items that have been personalized, including those with initials, are non-returnable.
eGift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Any items marked as *Final Sale* at the time of purchase.
Sample Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for International orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us your order number at service@mickeysgirl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. The item must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
A $5.99 fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your item. You will receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been issued.
If an item was purchased with store credit, any eligible refund will be issued back to store credit. Store credit codes do not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who exhibit a pattern of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policy.
MG jewelry is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
Please be extra cautious when you are wearing body jewelry, such as belly chains, hand chains and anklets.
We ship via USPS for all orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We recommend contacting your local USPS for updates or changes that needs to be made. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
