We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Must be within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items are accepted for store credit only. This includes discount codes and all sale promotions.
$9.99 will be deducted for shipping and handling fee. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, this includes Route Protection.
BUY 2, GET ONE FREE PROMOTION: If you received a FREE merchandise with your order, you must include the free item with your return or the item will automatically get charged to the original price.

You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip.
MG jewelry is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
We do not accept returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost.
For international orders, must be within 30 days of the original shipping address. International orders can be returned using the carrier of your choosing and by sending the order in the original package to the address below:

EXCHANGES
- Customers are responsible for purchasing postage for any exchanges. Please email us your return tracking number.
- There will be no additional shipping fees for your replacement.
- Most of the items sell out quickly, therefore, we highly recommend you to email us to check if we still have the size you need in stock.
- Exchange must be within 14 days of the delivery date. We will email you your new tracking number when we process your exchange!
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, please email service@mickeysgirl.com
- For international, we charge the same shipping rate to re-ship your exchanged package.
We ship via USPS for all orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We recommend contacting your local USPS for updates or changes that needs to be made. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver.
***We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. ***
