At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to provide store credit for eligible items.
A $5.99 fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and return shipping costs.

- Full-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Final Sale and Non-Refundable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Any items that have been personalized, including those with initials, are non-returnable.
- eGift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Any items marked as *Final Sale* at the time of purchase.
- Sample Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for International orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us your order number at service@mickeysgirl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. The item must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your item. You will receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been issued.
- If an item was purchased with store credit, any eligible refund will be issued back to store credit. Store credit codes do not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who exhibit a pattern of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policy.
- However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at service@mickeysgirl.com within 5 days of purchase.
- Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review.
- MG jewelry is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry. Please be extra cautious when you are wearing body jewelry, such as belly chains, hand chains and anklets.
- We ship via USPS for all orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses.
- Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
- We recommend contacting your local USPS for updates or changes that needs to be made. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
- We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this!
- Our team is so fast, it is not possible to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them. If you provide the incorrect shipping address, under no circumstances, could we provide you a refund or replacement.

Simply follow these steps:
1. Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap.
2. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the stainless steel jewelry with the damp cloth until the piece is clean.
When cleaning it, rub the item along its polish lines.
3. Wipe the remaining soap off your jewelry using a moist cloth dipped in clean water.
4. Dry the jewelry well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.
After your stainless steel jewelry is clean, you can use a jewelry polish or a polishing cloth to shine it.
