We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Must be within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale items are accepted for store credit only. This includes discount codes and all sale promotions.

All personalized initials are final sale since they are handmade items.

$9.99 will be deducted for shipping and handling fee. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, this includes Route Protection. 

Refunds will be processed 7 - 10 business days after your package arrives to us and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, not returned in the original package or show signs of wear.

You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip. 

MG Jewelry does not offer repairs. However, if your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at service@mickeysgirl.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review.

MG jewelry is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.
Please be extra cautious when you are wearing body jewelry, such as belly chains and anklets. 

We do not accept returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for international orders.

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange merchandise for a different size of the same product you have purchased.
  • Customers are responsible for purchasing postage for any exchanges. Please email us your return tracking number.
  • There will be no additional shipping fees for your replacement.
  • Most of the items sell out quickly, therefore, we highly recommend you to email us to check if we still have the size you need in stock.
  • Exchange must be within 14 days of the delivery date. We will email you your new tracking number when we process your exchange!
  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, please email service@mickeysgirl.com
  • For international, we charge the same shipping rate to re-ship your exchanged package. 
LOST PACKAGE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We ship via USPS for all orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We recommend contacting your local USPS for updates or changes that needs to be made. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver. 

***We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. ***
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this! Our team is so fast, it is not possible to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them. If you provide the incorrect shipping address, under no circumstances, could we provide you a refund or replacement. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing. 

Gift Eligibility Policy:
This policy outlines the conditions associated with complimentary gifts received based on specific purchase criteria. If a customer has qualified for a gift, such as spending a minimum of $250, and subsequently returns items, resulting in the total falling below the specified threshold, they are required to return the accompanying gift. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in the customer being charged for the gift. We aim to maintain fairness and transparency in our business practices. By making a purchase and accepting a gift, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to enforce this policy to ensure consistency and integrity in our customer interactions.
