Typically, most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
Domestic Orders
Shipping cost is $5 for all Domestic Orders. Free shipping on all orders $75 or more.
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Since our warehouse is located in California, if your shipping address is a California address you can expect your package a bit earlier - usually within 2-3 days.
Standard UPS Air does not include weekend delivery. To ensure next day delivery, you must place your order prior to 12pm PST. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the US postal service or UPS.
International Orders
Shipping cost is $15 for all International Orders. Free shipping on all orders $75 or more.
International orders can be shipped via USPS First Class Airmail that has a 2-3 week delivery time, but can be faster depending on your location. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package but does provide a receipt number that confirms the order has been shipped and is a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally.
Not happy with your item? That's fine, we can fix that! We can refund you or exchange the item for a different size or color!
In order to receive your refund or exchange, we must receive the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping. All original packaging must be intact with the tag and unworn for return. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchange: Not all items are exchangable, check under "RETURNS" of the product you are interested in. If the item is exchangable would like to change it for something different (color, size, etc.), we may charge to re-ship international packages.
Return Instructions: Please email us with the subject "RETURNS" at service@mickeysgirl.com for further instructions. Include in the email your order # and the reason for your return.
Please note: When ready to return, simply return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost.
