Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $75 & FREE Standard Shipping to international customers on orders totalling over $150. Typically, most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Returns & Replacements
We hope you enjoyed your purchase at Mickey’s Girl. Each product may vary on the return policy. Please be sure to read each policy written below each item for rules and regulations of shipping and return/exchange policies. Selected items can be returned for refund or exchange. However, our policy is quite simple.
Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping unless. All original packaging must be intact and unopened for return. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Non-Refundable: For hygiene purposes, under no circumstances can we accept any worn or tried on hosiery or panties for refund, exchange or store credit. We do no accept any accessories, shoes & any "geekie" supplies. Also, any items on SALE are non-refundable, even if you used a promo code! These are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Exchange: Most of the items sell out quickly, therefore, we highly recommend you to email us if we still have the item in stock, email@example.com. Not all items are exchangable, check under "RETURNS" of the product you are interested in. If the item is exchangable would like to change it for something different (color, size, etc.), we may charge to re-ship international packages. Well email you your new tracking number when we process your exchange!
- Return & Exchange Instructions:
When ready to return or exchange, simply return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense with additional shipping cost, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. - Return & Processing
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your current orders and your history under "My Account". Here you have access to all of your recent orders, account information, address book and more. You can click on each individual order to view the details and even click on "reorder" to quickly checkout with the previously purchased items.
- Updating Account Information
- Within "My Account", you may update your personal information by clicking on the corresponding "edit" link under each module.
