When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
What are the shipping options for Domestic orders?
Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail that has a 5 to 7 day delivery time or UPS Next Day Air that arrives by 10:30 am the next business day (Monday through Friday). Standard UPS Air does not include weekend delivery. To ensure next day delivery, you must place your order prior to 12pm PST. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the US postal service or UPS.
What are the shipping options for International orders?
International orders can be shipped via USPS First Class Airmail that has a 2-3 week delivery time, but can be faster depending on your location. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package but does provide a receipt number that confirms the order has been shipped and is a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally. Priority mail is another option that has a 1-2 week delivery time and does include tracking. Express mail arrives in 5 business days from leaving our warehouse and includes both tracking and signature confirmation.
